Introduction

 

In the battle of here and there, one always sticks somewhere. We hear about success stories of many but never think how they got it? Very few bother to go in depth of knowledge of success. The successful personalities we are coming across are not the ones who were born successful or the ones who wrote their fate by themselves rather all started from zero. They didn’t hesitate in choosing their destiny. They didn't think about" there" while they were here.  Failure was their hobby, the struggle was their passion, and to rise again was their enthusiasm. An effort is made here to preview the success, hesitations, and obstacles in success.

Success Dependence

Success depends on various factors. A  person is lucky if all the success

factors are fulfilled because without these factors success is an unfulfilled dream .some factors are:

Kind of people you are fenced in:

There is a well-known saying that "A person is known by the company he keeps". It is obvious that the type of people you are occupied by, have an unprecedented effect on your success. A company of positive-minded people having a determined mentality puts hands in showing you a ladder of success while dull-minded people always bind you as well with their mentality ie It’s hard to achieve, there will be a lot of obstacles, it doesn't suit your personality, what will people say, etc.

Mindsets:

Mindsets have a role in success just like the role of a fielder in a cricket match. Both the bowler and batsman work hard and do their best in executing their job, both are skillful as well. It's impossible that every time the batsman's luck will favor him and he will hit six over the boundary rather most of the time he will have to deceive fielders to get runs and boundaries. Here fielders are the discouraging mindsets who will never let you score easily. Similarly, a bowler bowls according to the fieldset. Here fielders act as a positive mindset which helps the bowler to achieve his goal. Hence mindsets play a significant role in success.

Self-belief:

Sometimes skillful and very hardworking people fail to achieve what a dull but determined person achieves.  Why? because the former lack a confidence level and the courage to face failure. He can do anything but the fear of failure and scarcity of self-belief prevent him from taking the very first step towards success while the latter has self-belief although lacking many skills but his determination leads him to a successful person.

  Power of faith:

Success is the name of faith and hard work. One can't be successful without the power of faith. It is like someone attending a party without an invitation or specific dress and aims to be the most attractive and decent personality in that party, simply he will fail to achieve what he wants instead he will face disgracing eyes.    

Field of interest:

Success depends on choosing the field of interest. Suppose a child shows interest in the medical field and his parents want him to be an engineer. They make him take admission in engineering either forcefully or by blackmailing him emotionally .lets child gets admission in engineering sciences to keep the heart of his parents but what happens next? Can anyone expect high grades or progress from him in this field? The answer is simple, never! He would have succeeded if he had chosen his field of interest.

Hard work:

Working hard is another key to success. Only luck and faith will not carry your luggage. you will have to give your cent percent. Success shakes hands if someone aims not to give up until his last drop of blood. One can't leave his camel untied in the forest on the plight of luck and faith rather he would have to tie the camel first then leave on the name of God. Squeezing the topic,  simply one has to work hard to achieve any target in this era of competition.

Does luck matter?

Some think it's a myth, there is not something existing like luck, others believe that luck is something on which your success depends cent percent. If someone keeps himself mediocre in between these thoughts he will be considered realistic. Although the existence of luck can't be denied yet there is a well-known saying that "luck favors the brave". So if you are brave enough to take a step, certainly luck will pave your way to success.

Foundations of frustration

Frustrated souls can’t meet destiny nevertheless how skillful or hardworking they are. Many discouraging factors lead to frustration and hence failure. These include:

Thoughts of finding success in no time

Lack of patience is the leading cause of frustration. Immature people in business or another field of life seek success within seconds of investing time or money which is improbable. Success comes in the right way and right time, one has to hold the nerves of patience after investing his time or money because there will be many disasters coming your way but these disasters are not used to be everlasting rather these are temporary.   

Lack of self-belief

Lack of confidence and self-belief leave u nothing. It is something that leads to frustration although one can do the job leading to success. A person who is very talented and hardworking can't succeed until he has got self-confidence therapy which starts from primary school and parents' teachings. It is noticed that intelligent people use to be more frustrated than dull ones due to a lack of self-belief.

  Discouraging environment

Sometimes a person is failed but people around him don't let him realize that he has not given up on the mark instead they insist that his trial was the best in the history of their surrounding and community, he gets the courage for the next attempt and he does succeed in the next turn. On other hand some people show misery in appreciation, a person may have achieved a lot but people around realize him that what he has achieved is of no value because of their deceptiveness which leads to frustration.

No guidance

Sometimes due to lack of guidance or one doesn’t have a role model to follow, he gets frustrated.  Success is not possible without complete guidance. The absence of guidance in any field of life leads to frustration.

Why here why there?

Many people are unable to decide to select between the ways of success. Sometimes two or more ways are leading to success and a person can't decide which path to follow. In between, he stuck somewhere. To overcome this following factors should be considered:

What to follow brain or heart?

Sometimes there is a conflict between brain and heart. The heart wants to take you to an illusionary world. It persists on something non logical. Many times when an unwanted event occurs, people use to say "my heart told me that even before”. While the brain says what is obvious to it. It says based on observations and logic. Now it's upon the person to follow the heart or brain, either to be logistic or not.

Realistic Approach

A Realistic approach should always be followed because there is the least risk of failure in this way. One also will not be that much frustrated after failure by following a realistic approach because he had given his possible best. After failure, by following an unrealistic approach one feels guilty that what made him mad to be unrealistic, and thus it leads to frustration. Thus in the battle of heart and brain, the brain always should be preferred.

Seek guidance

Always selecting a destiny one needs honest guidance . one should have a role model to follow or at least someone having experience for guidance. A person stuck in here and there should consult seniors or experienced persons, they based on their experience and knowledge may show you the path you neglected but that path will be better for you. If someone doesn't find an experienced person, he should have a role model at least and by studying the success and life story of his role model, he can easily decide which path is better for him.

Obstacles

obstacles do exist in every field of life. But some obstacles we make by ourselves. If one stays strong he can overcome all obstacles coming in his way to success. Some of the obstacles which prevent a person from success are:

Lack of honest people

The main obstacle in the way to success is the presence of dishonest people in your surroundings. They will cut your foot toward success. Lack of honest people leads to failure of the whole society. It will have great effects on individual's success as well. It is necessary to avoid dishonest people in the company if someone wants to shine in the sky.

Greediness

Success comes with patience and hard work. Quality should always be preferred over quantity. If someone shows greediness in terms of the product means that he wants money either legally or illegally, either by selling poor quality products or services, he will never succeed. You will see a lot of examples in history that greediness leads to not other than the destruction of a society. Therefore greediness is considered to be one of the most important obstacles in the way to success.

Lack of purity of mind

If your mind is not pure, you have created an obstacle to your success. Purity of mind means that your mind should not think to harm someone or think that you have to win the race from a specific person in the society. The mind should always think about the benefits and welfare of society. "As you sow so shall you reap", if you show purity and honesty toward your society, luck, and nature will favor you in your success.

Fear of failure

Fear of failure is another obstacle in the way of success. If someone has fear of failure he will not dare to take any step or risk. And success is all about taking steps and risks. So that person remains in the same phase forever, he can't make progress. If someone doesn't care about failure just work hard and honestly, most often that person is seen to be a successful one.

Anticlimax

Sometimes a person has all abilities for success, he shows progress, makes his mind clear, keeps himself in honest people, has good guidance, and isn't afraid of failure but still, anticlimax occurs. In this harsh time, he has to keep his nerves. He should not lose hope and clarity of mind. He should forget all and start again from the beginning.

Should I blame someone?

A person who faces anticlimax should, first of all, sit in a pleasant environment and think with himself that should he blame someone for his failure? He should review all his steps from first to last and seek for any fault and mistake if present. If there is not any fault present in the whole process, he should take it as the will of nature and should be positive enough to think that however luck hasn't favored me this time but next time it will do. In these circumstances, he should not blame anyone and should try to forget what happened to him. He should try, try again.

Start from the beginning

He should start the journey from the beginning believing that this time luck and nature will favor him because God is not cruel and luck favors the braves. If he is brave enough to take the first step again, he will be succeeded this time. So life is the name of failure but there comes always a success which wipes away all the failures that ever a person faced. There are many examples in history in fact history is full of that type of stories that great persons first failed to achieve what they are known for now because they tried again and again fulfilling all the steps of success.
